Compact 4-Page Event Program Printing

Guide guests through the occasion with a compact four-page event program from Sigma Graphics. A front cover, two inside pages and a back cover give you room for an order of service, ceremony schedule, speaker information, acknowledgements or sponsors.

Designed for church services, school ceremonies, chapter celebrations, banquets and community events, this program finishes at 5.5 × 8.5 inches. It uses one 8.5 × 11-inch sheet printed in full color on both sides and folded once. Each pack repeats one complete four-page design on 32 lb bond paper.

• Print: full color both sides, forming four finished pages
• Finishing: one half-fold included, white border, no staple
• Pack sizes: 50, 100, 250 or 500 finished programs of one design

Pack pricing and quantity

Prices are for a complete pack. Select the number of finished programs using Quantity pack. Shopify cart quantity 1 means one pack; quantity 2 means two identical packs at twice the selected pack price. Two 100-program packs do not automatically receive the 250-pack price. Add different designs as separate configured items.

Artwork and job details

Upload exactly four individual 5.5 × 8.5-inch pages in reading order in one print-ready PDF; the shop will arrange them for printing. Embed fonts and use images at approximately 300 ppi at final size. Do not supply printer spreads or multiple programs per sheet unless explicitly approved. Keep important content at least 0.25 inch inside the page edges and clear of the center fold. Standard packs have a white border. Check names, dates, page order, contact details and QR codes carefully.

Upload only artwork, photos and logos you own or have permission to reproduce. Use production instructions for your event name and relevant notes. Proof communication uses the order's checkout email. A requested need-by date is a scheduling request only; requested pickup or delivery dates still need confirmation. Printed color may differ from a screen preview.

Turnaround and pickup

When will my order be ready? Standard production turnaround is 2–3 business days after print-ready artwork approval. The turnaround period begins when your print-ready artwork is approved.

Special requests

Extra pages, eight-page compact stapled booklets, coated stock, full-bleed printing, layout design, artwork changes, obituary writing and mailing require a separate quote.
