Custom Event Ticket Printing

Give guests a clear, tangible reminder of your event with custom printed tickets from Sigma Graphics. The compact 2 × 5.5-inch format is easy to hand out and has room for an event name, date, venue and admission details.

Use these tickets for banquets, performances, chapter gatherings, church events and other community occasions. The standard option is full-color printing on the front of uncoated cardstock, with the same artwork repeated throughout the pack. A printed reverse can carry instructions or additional event information and is available by quote.

Upload one print-ready ticket design and confirm every date, time and admission statement. A repeated QR code may link to information you provide, but this product does not create an admission-control system. Sequential numbering, individual QR codes, tear-off stubs, perforation, fraud-resistant features and ticket-sales management are not included. Those requests need a separate feasibility check and quote.

Choose your pack

Prices are for one complete pack. A cart quantity of 1 means one pack of the selected number of tickets. Increase the cart quantity only for identical packs of the same design. Order different designs as separate configured items.

• 100 tickets: $35.00 per pack
• 250 tickets: $49.00 per pack
• 500 tickets: $79.00 per pack
• 1,000 tickets: $129.00 per pack

Two identical packs are charged at twice the selected pack price; they do not automatically change to another quantity tier. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable tax and shipping.

Artwork and ordering

Upload one print-ready, one-page PDF for the front of your ticket. Prepare it at the 2 × 5.5-inch finished size. For artwork extending to the cut edge, add 0.125 inch of bleed on every side, making the file 2.25 × 5.75 inches including bleed. Keep important text, logos and QR codes at least 0.125 inch inside the trim. Embed fonts and use images at approximately 300 ppi at final size. Do not impose multiple tickets on one sheet.

Confirm the event name, date, time, location and admission wording before approving the artwork. If you supply a static QR code, test it and confirm its destination; the same supplied code will appear on every ticket. These tickets do not include unique admission codes, scanning software or admission control.

Only upload artwork, photos and logos you own or have permission to reproduce. Printed color may differ from a screen preview. Use production notes for instructions about the supplied design. Notes do not add unpriced services. A requested need-by date is a scheduling request; production and fulfillment timing must be confirmed.

Special requests

Reverse-side printing, sequential numbering, unique QR codes, tear-off stubs, perforation, security features, design work and rush requests are not included. Request a separate feasibility check and quote before ordering if you need any of these. Ticket sales, distribution and ticketing software are not included.
