Custom Flat Menu Printing

Keep your food and drink choices easy to read with custom flat menus from Sigma Graphics. The standard letter-size format gives you room for categories, descriptions and pricing, with printing on both sides for a complete menu or separate food and drink selections.

This format suits restaurant specials, food-vendor counters, church dinners, banquets and private events. The standard option uses uncoated cardstock printed in full color on both sides. Each pack repeats one menu design and is supplied flat, ready to place at a counter, on a table or inside your own holder.

Upload your current menu as a print-ready file and review item names, prices and any dietary wording before approving it. Standard letter-size packs have a white border. These are ordinary paper menus, without a wipe-clean or water-resistant finish. Full-bleed printing, lamination, folding, holders, menu writing and future price changes require a separate quote.

Included in your menu pack

• Finished size: 8.5 × 11 inches
• Paper: 80 lb cover (approximately 216 gsm), uncoated
• Printing: full color on both sides
• Finishing: supplied flat with a white border
• One menu design repeated throughout each pack
• Choose 50, 100, 250 or 500 finished menus

Choose your pack

Prices are for one complete pack. A cart quantity of 1 means one pack of the selected number of menus. Increase the cart quantity only for identical packs of the same design. Order different designs as separate configured items.

• 50 menus: $45.00 per pack
• 100 menus: $69.00 per pack
• 250 menus: $139.00 per pack
• 500 menus: $249.00 per pack

Two identical packs are charged at twice the selected pack price; they do not automatically change to another quantity tier. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable tax and shipping.

Artwork and ordering

Upload one print-ready, two-page PDF at 8.5 × 11 inches: page 1 is the front and page 2 is the back. Embed fonts and use images at approximately 300 ppi at final size. Keep all artwork at least 0.25 inch inside every sheet edge. Do not impose multiple menus on one page or add printer spreads.

Review item names, descriptions, prices, dietary wording, QR codes and front/back orientation before approving your artwork. Printed color may differ from a screen preview. Only upload artwork, photos and logos you own or have permission to reproduce.

Use production notes for instructions about the supplied design and an optional menu version/date identifier. Notes do not add unpriced design, stock, finishing or rush services. A requested need-by date is a scheduling request; production and fulfillment timing must be confirmed.

Need a different specification?

Request a separate quote for half-letter menus, different paper, single-sided printing, full bleed, lamination, folding, holders, menu writing, artwork changes or future price updates. The standard pack is not laminated, waterproof or wipe-clean.
