Custom Postcard & Promotional Card Printing

Make an announcement easy to keep with custom postcards and promotional cards from Sigma Graphics. The compact format works for opening announcements, appointment reminders, event promotions, thank-you notes and offers tucked into customer orders.

The standard 4 × 6-inch format is printed on uncoated cardstock, with a blank back for a handwritten note. Add a separately priced printed reverse for directions, event details or your own prepared mailing layout. Need a larger 5 × 7-inch format? Request a custom quote.

Each pack contains one design, printed and square-trimmed to your selected size. Upload front and back artwork in the correct order, with bleed wherever color runs to the edge. This is a print-only product: address lists, postage, mailing, postal certification and EDDM services are not included. Ask for a quote if your campaign needs a different stock or a mailing-specific setup.

Pack quantities and pricing

The price shown is the total price for one pack at the selected pack size. Shopify cart quantity 1 means one complete pack. Cart quantity 2 means two identical packs at twice that pack price; it does not select a different quantity tier. Add different designs as separately configured cart lines.

• 50 postcards: $29.00 per pack
• 100 postcards: $35.00 per pack
• 250 postcards: $59.00 per pack
• 500 postcards: $99.00 per pack

Artwork requirements

Upload one print-ready, one-page PDF for the front of your postcards. Supply artwork at the finished size, with fonts embedded and images at approximately 300 ppi at final size. For artwork that runs to the edge, add 0.125 inch bleed on all sides and keep important text and logos at least 0.125 inch inside the trim. The imposed artwork, printing and cutting workflow must be approved before full-bleed production. Do not impose multiple postcards on one sheet unless requested.

Proofs and scheduling

Choose a proof contact and review spelling, phone numbers, dates, QR codes, page order and placement carefully. Your requested date is a scheduling request; production and fulfillment timing must be confirmed. Printed color may differ from a screen preview.

Proof communication uses the checkout email. Production starts after artwork approval and confirmed scheduling. A requested need-by date is not a guaranteed turnaround or delivery date.

Custom requests and exclusions

The variants on this listing cover only the one-sided 4 × 6-inch baseline. Printed backs, 5 × 7-inch cards, other stock, design or artwork changes, rush service and specialty finishing require a separate approved quote. Production notes do not authorize free upgrades or price-changing work. Postage, mailing, addressing, envelopes, EDDM setup, postal certification and guaranteed postal eligibility are not included. Tax and shipping are separate.

Upload only artwork, photos and logos you own or have permission to reproduce. Organization or school artwork may require approval before printing.
