Custom Rack Card Printing

Make useful information easy to pick up with custom rack cards from Sigma Graphics. The slim 3.5 × 8.5-inch format gives your photograph or headline a prominent place at the top, with room below for services, hours, directions or a customer offer.

Rack cards work well at reception desks, vendor tables and community information displays. Use them to introduce a Savannah-area business, highlight a tour or attraction, explain a ministry or promote a recurring event.

What is included

• Finished size: 3.5 × 8.5 inches
• Paper: uncoated 80 lb cover, approximately 216 gsm
• Full-color printing on the front; blank back
• Square-trimmed, supplied flat, with no folding
• One design per pack

Pack sizes and prices

• 50 rack cards: $29 per pack
• 100 rack cards: $39 per pack
• 250 rack cards: $69 per pack
• 500 rack cards: $109 per pack

Select the number of finished cards in the Quantity pack option. Cart quantity 1 means one complete pack at the displayed pack price. Cart quantity 2 means two identical packs of the same design at twice the pack price; it does not automatically change to a different quantity tier. Order separate designs as separate configured cart lines. Shipping and applicable tax are calculated separately.

Artwork preparation

Supply one print-ready, one-page PDF for the front of your card. Use 3.5 × 8.5-inch trim dimensions. Where artwork runs to the edge, add 0.125 inch of bleed on each side, making the artwork 3.75 × 8.75 inches including bleed. Keep important text, logos, phone numbers and QR codes at least 0.125 inch inside the trim. Embed fonts and use images at approximately 300 ppi at final size. Supply a single card, not multiple cards imposed on a sheet.

Check your display holder’s dimensions before ordering. Artwork requires review for size, page count, bleed, fonts and image quality before production. A requested need-by date is a request only; production timing must be confirmed after artwork approval.

Custom specifications

Need a printed reverse side, 4 × 9-inch cards, different stock, design assistance or a different quantity? Request a separate quote before ordering. Those changes are not included in these pack prices. Display holders, artwork design, folding, distribution and mailing are not included.
