Pack pricing and quantity

Prices are for a complete pack, not one brochure. Select the number of finished brochures using Quantity pack. Shopify cart quantity 1 means one pack; quantity 2 means two identical packs at twice the selected pack price. Two 100-brochure packs do not automatically receive the 250-pack price. Add different designs as separate configured items.

Artwork and job details

Upload one print-ready, two-page PDF showing the outside and inside layouts at 8.5 × 11 inches. Use the approved folding template so the fold-in panel fits correctly, and identify the front-cover panel in the production instructions. Confirm the panel layout with Sigma Graphics before production. Keep important text away from the folds and at least 0.25 inch inside the outer page edge for the white border. Embed fonts and use images at approximately 300 ppi at final size. Do not impose multiple brochures per sheet.

Check spelling, contact information, dates, panel order and any QR code before submitting. Upload only artwork, photos and logos you own or have permission to reproduce. Use production instructions for your job or event name and other relevant notes. Proof communication uses the order's checkout email. A requested need-by date is a scheduling request only; requested pickup or delivery dates still need confirmation. Printed color may differ from a screen preview.

Turnaround and pickup

When will my order be ready? Standard production turnaround is 2–3 business days after print-ready artwork approval. The turnaround period begins when your print-ready artwork is approved.

Special requests

Full-bleed printing, coated stock, alternative folds, layout design, artwork changes, additional pages and specialty finishes require a separate quote. Edge-to-edge printing requires larger-sheet printing and trimming and is not included in these pack totals. Applicable tax is additional. No guaranteed event-date turnaround is included.
